Ordering1. Can I purchase items in bulk?
Unfortunately, we do not allow bulk purchases and typically limit selected products to 2-6 items per customer. Products and samples are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
In the event of a bulk purchase, AG reserves the right to:
- Conduct transaction verification processes relating to an order,
- Decline or cancel your order,
- Reduce the quantity of your order, and/or
- Terminate your account without prior notice.

Typically, the 'Payment Pending' status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, if the payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt your payment.
Unable to reattempt payment or didn't get a payment failure email?
Please refrain from re-creating your order to prevent duplication! Get in touch with our Customer Service instead.
Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?
Our Customer Service Team can help to verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be alerted that we're out of stock when you try to buy it, and if your sign up for email alerts we will let you know when it’s back on the shelf
4. Promo Code
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code per order.
I have a promo code, how do I redeem it?
Promo codes are redeemed at the Checkout page section.
I’m facing problems applying my promo code on my order.

5. I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
a. Please click “Help for more assistance or email to us at “firstname.lastname@example.org”
6. How do I cancel/modify my order?
b. Please include your name, order number, and correct products you would like to receive in your email. While we will do our best to correct the error, please keep in mind that If the product update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for arranging a return, refund or replacement shipment as the item in the initial order was successfully delivered.
Please email us at email@example.com if you’d like to cancel or modify your order or click on our “Help” for more assistance. If your order status is already “Fulfilled” / Shipped, unfortunately, we cannot stop the order or process a refund because your package is now being delivered.
7. How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You can also view order status on your account page. The order confirmation email you receive does not confirm that your order has been fulfilled and shipped .
Once your order is fulfilled and on it’s way to you, we will send a second email, shipment confirmation with your shipment details.
8. Is it safe to order online?
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.9. Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you will need an account to place your order.
