We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can email helpdesk@onesixth.biz with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you and inform you on how and where to send your package. When returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
