1. Do you process order during public holidays?

While we'd love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse and our courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We seek your understanding in having your orders processed, or parcels shipped, on the next working day

2. Can I pick up my order from your stores?

Yes, it is possible for you to pickup your order from any of our stores in Singapore. Please leave a noted  at checkout message

3. Will you ship order internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Currently we only ship in Singapore but we will expand to other country in future! Stay tune and follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

4. When will my order ship?

We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you as quickly as possible! We will process your order within 2 working days and the Order Shipped email will be sent to you. Thereafter, all deliveries by our courier will be attempted within 2 working days. 

5. Where are your orders shipped from?

Our orders are ship from Singapore to you.
